About Jennifer
As a broker associate with Davidson Realty, Jennifer's real estate knowledge and experience is matched only by her commitment to providing unparalleled customer service.
Originating from Memphis, Tennessee, Jennifer adopted an authentic approach to Southern hospitality that she carries to this day. She attended the University of Memphis and her early experience included extensive travel and work abroad in Guam, Malaysia and the Philippines. While overseas, she served as parent-teacher association president and board member for the American Women's Association.
While working in Kuala Lumpur as a consultant helping Americans assimilate to life in Malaysia, Jennifer found a passion for helping people to start a new life in a new home. She earned her real estate license in 1995, and upon returning to the U.S., began selling properties in Amelia Island. She has worked for major industry leaders including Century 21 and Arthur Rutenberg Homes, among others.
Jennifer began selling World Golf Village real estate in 2002 and has enjoyed broadening her focus beyond builder inventory homes and new construction to include all types of properties.
Today, Jennifer enjoys guiding clients through the real estate process, working with diverse customers from first-time home buyers to retirees. In addition to World Golf Village, her expertise spans the Southside-Hodges area, Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra. Jennifer is also a Certified Nocatee Agent.
She continues to follow her early passion for traveling, visiting her son and his family, including grandson Lucas, each year in Manila. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter Camille, who reside in Jacksonville.
